The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed to develop young leaders that are interested in pursuing ministry or work inside a ministry as an occupation. The program supports specific NPM ministry areas. The LDP role is a volunteer position, and each participant commits to 20 hours per week for nine months during the school year (fall to spring).
In addition to their regular department responsibilities, participants have the opportunity to attend monthly development meetings and a weekend retreat.
