In partnership with Dallas Theological Seminary, spend 22 months working at one of our Atlanta-area churches while completing a master’s in Christian Leadership.
This degree prepares men and women for organizational leadership roles in church, parachurch, missions, and marketplace contexts. The residency program is designed for young leaders who want to combine the biblical and theological training of Dallas Theological Seminary with the leadership, communication, and ministry model of North Point Ministries.

The Leadership Experience Master’s in Christian Leadership Program requires 52 Dallas Theological Seminary class hours and 11 North Point Ministries class hours, combined with working 25 hours per week for 22 months at one of the North Point Ministries churches.
Note: All North Point classes will be held in person at North Point Ministries on Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. during the semester.
* Block Hybrid Courses combine live instruction in Atlanta and online elements over the course of a semester. It’s a course format that utilizes everything you’re already accustomed to in a typical online course, but it includes a three-day face-to-face instruction and interaction component.

Master’s Residency students will receive up to 50 percent of their yearly tuition, an Apple MacBook, and a $1,500 monthly salary.
